Capability
Clear technology decisions, made with a steady hand.
We help you decide what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone, so your technology spend backs the business instead of drifting away from it.
Overview
Most technology problems are really decision problems. Which system to replace and which to leave for now. Whether to build a platform or buy one and shape it to fit. How to modernise without stalling the business while you do it. We help you make those calls with clear eyes, plain language and a view that reaches past the next release to the next few years.
We work end to end: we advise, we build and we run. That matters here, because our advice is written by the same people who have to live with it. When we recommend an architecture, we know what it costs to operate. When we suggest buy over build, it is because we have built enough to know when building is the wrong use of your money. Plenty of our engagements start with advice, and plenty end there too. If the honest answer is that you do not need us to build anything, we will tell you.
Our grounding is in heavy industry: oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and logistics. These are worlds of long asset lives, unforgiving safety rules and systems that cannot simply be switched off for a rewrite. That teaches a certain discipline about risk, sequencing and what real transformation looks like when the plant has to keep running. The same thinking serves clients in finance, retail, healthcare and the public sector, where legacy, compliance and pressure to move faster all pull in different directions.
With offices in Pune, Bengaluru, Indore and Kolkata, we pair strong Indian engineering depth with the delivery standards global clients expect. You get senior people who will disagree with you when it counts, back their view with evidence rather than adjectives, and leave you with a decision you can defend to your board.
What we deliver
Inside our technology consulting work.
Technology Strategy & Roadmaps
We turn business goals into a sequenced technology plan: what to do now, next and later, what it will cost and what it will return, so investment lands where it earns its keep.
Enterprise & Solution Architecture
Architecture that holds up in practice, not just on a diagram. We design systems that fit your teams, your constraints and your budget, and that you can actually run once we hand them over.
Architecture & System Reviews
A clear read on what you already have: where the risk sits, what is slowing you down and what is quietly costing you, with a prioritised list of fixes rather than a wall of findings.
Buy vs Build & Vendor Selection
Honest, evidence based decisions on whether to build, buy or blend, and which vendor genuinely fits. We run the shortlist, the scoring and the negotiation groundwork with you.
Technical Due Diligence
For investors and acquirers, a straight assessment of a target's technology, team and technical debt, so you know what you are buying and what it will take to fix.
Digital Transformation Advisory
Practical guidance through modernisation: what to change, in what order and how to keep the business running while you do it, without betting the whole estate on one leap.
How we work
The same senior team, all the way through.
Understand
We start with the business, not the tech stack. We learn how you make money, where the friction is and what a good outcome would actually change for you.
Assess
We look hard at the current state: systems, architecture, teams, costs and risk. We separate what genuinely needs attention from what merely feels urgent.
Recommend
We give you a clear, sequenced set of decisions with the trade offs spelled out, so you can choose with confidence rather than on faith.
Support delivery
If you want us to, we stay on to help deliver: shaping the build, guiding your teams or standing in as architects, so the advice does not die in a slide deck.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
What does a technology consulting firm actually do?
We help you make and act on the big technology decisions: what to build or buy, how to structure your systems, where to invest and how to modernise safely. Some of that is pure advice, and some runs through to designing and delivering the answer. The point is to reduce risk and waste, so your technology spend clearly serves the business.
How is technology strategy different from enterprise architecture?
Strategy answers what you should do and why: the goals, priorities and sequence of investment over the next few years. Architecture answers how the systems fit together to make that possible. The two need to talk to each other constantly, which is why we treat them as one conversation rather than two disconnected documents.
When should we build custom software instead of buying a product?
Buy when a capability is common to your industry and a mature product already does it well; you rarely gain an edge by rebuilding payroll or email. Build when the capability is core to how you compete, or when no product fits without bending your business out of shape. We help you weigh cost, speed, risk and lock in honestly, and we are happy to recommend buying even though we build.
What is technical due diligence and when do we need it?
It is an independent assessment of a company's technology before you invest in or acquire it: the health of the codebase, the architecture, the team, the security posture and the hidden technical debt. You need it whenever the value of a deal depends on software that you cannot fully see from the outside. It tells you what you are really buying and what it will cost to put right.
