Capability

Software built for how your business actually works.

Off-the-shelf tools bend your process to fit the product. We do the opposite: custom software shaped around the way your teams, plants and partners already operate.

Overview

Bespoke software earns its keep when the process it supports is core to how you compete, and no packaged product fits it cleanly. That is common in heavy industry, where a maintenance schedule, a dispatch flow or a compliance record carries decades of hard-won detail. We build systems that respect that detail rather than flatten it, so the software feels like it was made for your floor, because it was.

We work end to end: advise, build, run. Before a line of code is written we sit with the people who will use the thing, map the real workflow, and agree what success looks like in numbers. Then we engineer it in short, visible increments, so you see working software early and steer with evidence instead of guessing from a specification. Once it is live, we can stay on to support and extend it, or hand it over cleanly to your own team.

Our roots are in oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and logistics, sectors where uptime, safety and audit trails are not optional. That grounding shapes how we build for everyone else too: honest about edge cases, careful with data, and calm under load. We also serve fintech, healthcare, retail and public-sector clients who want the same rigour applied to their own hard problems.

With founders and delivery teams across Pune, Bengaluru, Indore and Kolkata, we combine senior engineering with sensible economics. You get people who have shipped production systems for demanding operations, working in your time zone or overlapping with it, at a cost that makes a custom build the practical choice rather than a luxury.

Bespoke Software

What we deliver

Inside our bespoke software work.

01

Custom software & product engineering

Full products built from first principles: architecture, engineering, testing and release. We own quality from the first sprint, so what ships is stable, documented and yours to keep.

02

Web and mobile applications

Responsive web apps and native or cross-platform mobile apps that work in the field as well as the office, including offline-tolerant designs for sites with patchy connectivity.

03

Internal platforms and tools

Operations dashboards, admin consoles and back-office systems that replace fragile spreadsheets and manual handoffs with one dependable source of truth.

04

MVPs and rapid prototypes

A focused first version that tests the idea with real users in weeks, not quarters. We build it to grow, so a successful pilot becomes a product rather than a rewrite.

05

APIs and integrations

Well-documented APIs and service layers that let your systems talk to each other and to partners cleanly, with versioning and security handled properly from the start.

06

Modernisation and rewrites

Ageing applications rebuilt or refactored without stopping the business, migrating data and users in stages so risk stays low and the lights stay on.

How we work

The same senior team, all the way through.

01

Understand

We map the real workflow with the people who live it, agree the outcomes that matter, and turn them into a lean scope and a measurable definition of done.

02

Design and prove

We shape the architecture and the experience, then build a thin working slice early so you can see and feel the direction before we commit to the full build.

03

Build in the open

Short increments, automated testing and regular demos keep progress visible. You steer with working software in front of you, not status reports.

04

Ship and support

We release carefully, hand over clean code and documentation, and stay on to run, extend or transition to your team, whichever you prefer.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How is bespoke software different from buying an off-the-shelf product?

Packaged products are a good fit when your process is standard and you are happy to adapt to theirs. Bespoke software makes sense when the workflow is core to how you compete and no product fits it without painful workarounds. We often blend both: custom software around a bought platform, so you pay for a custom build only where it genuinely pays back.

How long does it take to build a custom application?

A focused MVP or internal tool usually reaches a usable first release in eight to fourteen weeks, depending on scope and integrations. Larger platforms grow from there in increments, so you get value in stages rather than waiting for one big launch. We agree a realistic timeline up front and keep it honest as we learn.

Do we own the code and intellectual property?

Yes. You own the source code, the documentation and the intellectual property outright. We build on open, well-supported technology and hand over cleanly, so you are never locked into us. If you would rather we keep running and extending the system, that is a choice you make, not a dependency we design in.

Can you modernise our existing legacy system?

Yes, and usually without stopping the business. We assess what to keep, refactor or rebuild, then migrate data and users in stages so risk stays contained. A big-bang rewrite is rarely the right answer, so we favour a steady path that keeps your current system running until the new one has earned trust.
