Keep the power on, keep the data honest.

We build grid, asset and operations software for generators, distributors and utilities, joining OT and IT so the people running the network work from one reliable picture.

Overview

Energy and utilities carry a duty most sectors do not: the network cannot simply stop. Generation has to match demand minute by minute, distribution has to hold up through storms and heat waves, and every decision is watched by regulators, customers and safety rules that do not bend. The software behind all of this has to be dependable before it is clever. We build the systems that monitor assets, watch the grid, make sense of load and outages, and give control-room and planning teams one version of the truth to act on.

The hard part is rarely a single application; it is the gap between operational technology and information technology. SCADA, historians, DCS and field devices speak one language, while your asset, billing, planning and analytics systems speak another. Value gets stuck in that gap. We specialise in closing it: pulling real-time operational data safely into systems where it can be analysed, acted on and reported, without disturbing the control layer that keeps the lights on. Done properly, that turns raw telemetry into decisions about reliability, maintenance and cost.

We work end to end: we advise, we build and we run. Plenty of engagements here start with advice, because in a regulated, safety-critical environment the sequence matters as much as the software. We help you decide what to monitor, what to integrate and what to leave alone, then build the pieces that earn their place and, if you want, stay on to run them. The grid is changing fast, with rooftop solar, batteries, electric vehicles and other distributed resources pushing power in directions the network was never designed for, and the software has to keep pace with that shift.

Our founders come from heavy industry: oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and logistics. That is neighbouring ground to energy and utilities, the same world of long-lived assets, unforgiving uptime, field operations and OT systems that cannot be casually rebooted. We bring that discipline about risk, sequencing and safety to every engagement. With offices in Pune, Bengaluru and Indore, we pair strong Indian engineering depth with the delivery standards a regulated network operator needs.

Energy & Utilities operations

The reality

What we hear from energy & utilities teams.

Operational data trapped in SCADA and historians, out of reach of the teams who could act on it.

OT and IT systems that do not talk, so reliability and cost decisions run on partial information.

Outages and load events understood after the fact rather than anticipated.

Ageing assets with no clear, data-backed view of condition or maintenance priority.

Renewable and distributed resources straining a grid and systems built for one-way power.

Safety and regulatory reporting that eats time because the underlying data is scattered.

How we help

Software and data, built for energy & utilities.

01

Grid & Asset Monitoring

A live, trustworthy view of network and asset health, drawing telemetry into one place so control-room and planning teams see condition, risk and performance at a glance.

02

SCADA & OT-IT Integration

Safe, resilient links between the control layer and your enterprise systems, so real-time operational data reaches analytics, asset and reporting tools without putting the network at risk.

03

Outage & Load Analytics

Analytics that turn load, demand and fault data into earlier warning and faster response, so you plan capacity, spot patterns and restore service with fewer surprises.

04

Renewable & DER Integration

Software to bring solar, storage, electric vehicles and other distributed resources into a coherent operating picture, so two-way power flow is managed rather than merely tolerated.

05

Metering Data Platforms

Systems that ingest, validate and make sense of large volumes of metering data, turning smart-meter streams into reliable inputs for billing, planning and loss analysis.

06

Reliability, Safety & Compliance

Asset management, maintenance and reporting tools that make reliability measurable and keep safety and regulatory evidence close at hand rather than reconstructed under pressure.

How we work

People who have worked your world, not just read about it.

01

Understand the network

We learn how your generation, grid and operations work, where the data lives and where the risk and cost concentrate, with full respect for the safety-critical setting.

02

Bridge OT and IT

We connect the control layer to enterprise systems carefully and safely, so operational data becomes usable without disturbing the systems that keep power flowing.

03

Build what earns its place

We deliver the monitoring, analytics and integration that clearly improve reliability, cost or compliance, and we leave the rest alone rather than adding software for its own sake.

04

Run and sustain

If you want, we operate and evolve the systems with you, keeping them dependable as the grid, the assets and the regulations change.

OT to IT
Operational data made usable enterprise-wide
Fewer surprises
Earlier warning on load and outage events
Audit-ready
Safety and compliance evidence close at hand

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

What does OT-IT integration mean for a utility?

Operational technology is the control layer: SCADA, DCS, historians and field devices that run the network in real time. Information technology is everything above it: asset, billing, planning and analytics systems. OT-IT integration is the safe, deliberate joining of the two, so operational data can be analysed and acted on without exposing the control layer to risk. It is where most of the trapped value in a utility actually sits.

Can you work with our existing SCADA and historian systems?

Yes. We do not ask you to rip out the control layer, and we would advise strongly against it. We build alongside what you have, drawing data out safely and feeding it into systems where it can drive reliability, maintenance and cost decisions. The control environment stays as stable as it needs to be while the value on top of it grows.

How does software help integrate renewables and distributed energy?

Grids were built to send power one way, from large generators outward. Rooftop solar, batteries and electric vehicles push power back the other way and make load far less predictable. Software brings these distributed resources into a single operating picture, so operators can see, forecast and manage two-way flow rather than being caught out by it. That visibility is what makes higher renewable penetration safe to run.

Do you have experience in safety-critical, regulated environments?

Our founders come from oil and gas, mining and heavy manufacturing, all worlds of long-lived assets, strict safety rules and systems that cannot be casually switched off. Energy and utilities sit right next to that experience. We bring the same discipline about risk, sequencing and evidence, and we treat regulatory and safety reporting as a first-class requirement, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
