Capability

We do not just build it. We keep it running.

We take day to day ownership of your applications and cloud, monitor them around the clock and stand behind clear service levels, so software stays reliable long after launch.

Overview

Launch day is not the finish line. It is the day your software starts earning its keep, and the day the real work of keeping it fast, secure and available begins. Too many systems are built well, handed over and then quietly left to rot: patches missed, costs creeping, small faults ignored until they become outages. Managed services exist to stop that from happening.

Our model is simple and, we think, unusual. We advise, we build and we run, and running is not an afterthought we bolt on. Where many firms hand over the keys and walk away, we stay accountable for uptime, response times and outcomes, backed by service levels we sign up to in writing. That changes how we build in the first place, because we know we are the ones who will be woken at three in the morning if it breaks.

We look after applications and the cloud they run on: monitoring around the clock, patching and maintenance, incident response, and the steady, unglamorous work of keeping things healthy. You get one team that understands the whole picture rather than a support desk reading from a script, and clear reporting so you always know how your systems are performing against the levels we promised.

Our grounding is in heavy industry: oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and logistics, where downtime has a real and immediate cost and where systems often cannot simply be taken offline. That teaches a healthy respect for reliability, change control and doing maintenance without disruption. With teams across Pune, Bengaluru, Indore and Kolkata, we provide dependable support across time zones for clients in India and around the world, whatever sector they work in.

Managed Services & Support

What we deliver

Inside our managed services & support work.

01

Application Management

Day to day ownership of your applications, whether we built them or inherited them: keeping them healthy, current and aligned with how your business actually uses them.

02

24/7 Monitoring & Support

Round the clock eyes on your systems with clear escalation paths, so issues are caught and handled fast, often before your users ever notice them.

03

Maintenance & Patching

Regular updates, security patching and dependency upkeep, done with proper change control so your software stays secure and supported without surprise disruption.

04

SLAs & Reporting

Service levels we commit to in writing, with honest reporting on uptime, response times and incidents, so you can see exactly what you are getting for what you pay.

05

Managed Cloud Operations

Hands on management of your cloud environments: cost, performance, security and resilience, keeping the platform efficient and steady as your usage changes.

06

Continuous Improvement

We do not just keep the lights on. We track recurring issues, remove root causes and steadily improve reliability and cost, so the system gets better with age.

How we work

The same senior team, all the way through.

01

Onboard

We learn your systems inside out: architecture, dependencies, risks and the ways things tend to go wrong, then set up monitoring, access and runbooks properly.

02

Agree the SLA

We set service levels that match what the business genuinely needs, define how we respond to each severity and put it in writing, so expectations are clear on both sides.

03

Run & respond

We monitor around the clock, respond to incidents against the SLA, patch and maintain on a steady rhythm, and keep you informed rather than in the dark.

04

Review & improve

We report on performance regularly, look at what caused problems and fix the roots, and tune the setup so reliability rises and running costs fall over time.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

What are managed services in IT?

Managed services mean handing the day to day running of your applications or infrastructure to a partner who takes ongoing responsibility for keeping them healthy. That covers monitoring, maintenance, patching, incident response and support, all against agreed service levels. Instead of scrambling when something breaks, you have a team already watching and accountable for uptime.

What is an SLA and why does it matter?

A service level agreement is a written commitment to how your systems will be supported: target uptime, how quickly we respond to different severities of issue and how we report on it. It matters because it turns vague promises of good support into something concrete you can hold us to. We would rather commit to levels we can actually meet than headline numbers we cannot.

Do you support software your team did not build?

Yes. We take on existing applications and cloud environments regularly, whoever built them. We begin with a proper onboarding to understand the system, document how it works and find the weak spots, so we can support it responsibly. Inheriting unfamiliar software is normal for us, not the exception.

How is this different from a firm that builds and then leaves?

A build and leave model ends at handover, and the moment something breaks you are on your own or back to negotiating. We stay. Because we run what we build and hold the SLA, we have every reason to build it well and keep it healthy for the long term. Reliability is our responsibility, not just yours.
